    I had a different loan officer that took me 99 percent through my loan. Then steps in Kerry Grimm. He should have been introduced before calling. I think he sounded arrogant. I already had two other calls that day from someone in your company....

    Overall the experience with Embrace was good. However, When Scott Belina was laid off the communication to us was rather poor. I think we should have been contacted by someone who could have explained what happened and what would be needed...
