Kate was great! She was available to answer questions throughout the transaction.

Ainsley's communication was above and beyond, she was positive, professional, and thorough in her communication the entire way. The document process from an operational standpoint was pretty efficient as well.

Brad did a great job of keeping us informed and up-to-date with with the loan process and paper work. However, the closing company fell short. they did not have a valid check, didn't read some of the closing documents and we had to back track...
