    Would have preferred all required information be listed at one time. Was asked three times for different pieces on informations. There was a large miscommunication at the title company concerning what account was required to deposit the check....

    We had no idea that we needed a trust account to deposit money into! It wasn’t until the very last step that we were told! If we had known we would have setup an account weeks ahead!!!
