    His videos and information are always very extensive. Anytime I've had issues he's been responsive and doesn't make me feel incompetent or stupid when I've asked my many questions.

    Everytime i was having an issue or had questions, Paul woul return my call and assist me and keep me updated throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end of the closing day. I am very satisfied with the experience!
