Prompt responses whenever we had questions and clear communication from Kirk.

Kerry was knowledgable, friendly, professional and always communicated clearly and in layperson's terms. No matter how many times I'd ask the same question, he always patiently answered me. I'd give him my highest recommendation.

Incredibly burdensome underwriting requirements were VERY frustrating. I've never had to produce such extensive documentation for a loan.

Kerry and team, We’re very responsive in this process. We had a hard 30 day close date. They made it seamless.
