    Kate did a great job of navigating through the process and keeping us informed of the status of our application and timing of next steps. My Brother in Law wanted to do a refi, so I recommended Kate as the best option I found.

    This was a very smooth and quick process. VERY different from the process I tried to go through with Wells Fargo where: they kept changing documentation requirements; they were unavailable to get hold of; and they would not change loan specifications...
