    quite good. steve was very responsive. website has some clunkiness that could be improved. my biggest concern will be the quality of the loan servicing

    If Kate was my lead from the beginning it might have been a better experience. Once Kate got involved it went well and we finally completed the Re-Fi. Sean was an absolute disaster. I am not sure I would recommend Embrace to anyone for a loan....
