    The process took too long for what we were asking for, based on our net worth. I felt I had to keep following up , example appraisal...the closing which was suppose to happen on one day happened the next..no one told me the process of closing...

    Ken was great. Quick communication and follow through. My problems were mostly about the amount of time it to complete the deal. Way, way too long. Almost 2 months I think. Not Ken's fault.
