Ken was very responsive - quickly responding to questions and concerns. This refi took a lot longer than usual and he pushed to expedite when possible to decrease the stress.

Kate was AMAZING to work with. She was very responsive to all of my questions and made the overall process very easy.

Mr. Pratt was very responsive, professional and respectful of our requirements.
