    Sandra was so pleasant and professional from start to finish. Her knowledge of the mortgage process and the speed of everything getting done was amazing. We finished in about 30 days with a great rate and complete satisfaction.

    If Kyle provided all the information needed for us to make decisions, e.g. deadlines. After long negotiations, we ended up with status quo ante re the loan rate, which was unacceptable

    Ainsley was always available for questions and she was polite and professional. I had a horrible experience at NewRez that went on for 6 months. I stopped doing business with them. I would recommend Embrace to my friends and family.

    Ainsley made the process so easy! She was always available to answer questions and solve any obstacles and was friendly and patient throughout the whole process. It felt like concierge service. I would highly recommend her!
