Clearer, more practive communication. For example, letting us know where the loan stood and the likely time for closing. There were too many surprises, and effective efficient business interactions should be free of surprises.

Kerry was very competent, and kept things moving along. Comunication was pretty good, but I would have appreciated more proactive status updates at times. It was great that we could do everything remotely.

Kyle was very helpful in getting me through the process of securing the loan for my home purchase.
