When the underwriter doesn't clear a condition for whatever reason he/she needs to put the date and then add why it wasn't cleared so we can get exactly what is needed.
It would save emails going back and forth with the underwriting team.

This was the worst overall experience I have had with a lender, in the last 23 years. You are doing things you could get fined for. The absolute apathy and lack of l knowledge was so amazing it actually became comical by the end...

Communication - If one of your account executive's is out for an extended period of time, we need to be assigned a new A/E to fulfill our questions and issues on files.
