Though I did not personally work with Lance Ray, Both he and my processing team worked together to ensure this was a seamless process for the borrowers.
Except for closing, it was nearly impossible to get anyone to respond to emails or voicemails. I never received a single call back from any voicemail that I left for the underwriter or Jr underwriter.
