This was file #2 that you guys crashed and burned on me at the closing DURING Funding. This time, an added condition was asked for. You took a seamlessly easy transaction and made us look bad at the closing.
There were a few mistakes that delayed the closing..Sometimes I did not think the urgency was there to get a file closed. It was a difficult file, but once we got to the point of clearing all the stips it just seemed like it dragged a little!...
