    She always answers phone when we call with questions, if not returns calls in less than 1/2 hour. When asked question on a loan file she always has the answer or finds out how to handle it with in and hours time. Always very helpful

    The account rep was suppose to look into a concession on the rate lock but it never happened to my knowledge. Also seems like the underwriter had their own idea on guidelines and strayed from FHA base guidelines in the beginning. Took over...
