The experience processing this loan was fine. However, my experience is that you steal customers once we send them to you. You are supposed to be a wholesale lender who services "MY" clients.
The application was completed 4/2/2018 and we closed 4/30/2018 - a full 2 weeks before contract closing date! This was a huge advantage for my borrower - her landlord was going to charge her $500 to stay an additional 5 days. That money is...
