    The fact that the closer was able to discuss wet signature with her supervisor on the spot. That saves the borrowers from paying per diem fees on the contract extension.

    Sorry, but I used to have a problem with Lindsey Hohman Client Underwriting Specialist. She is very busy to review conditions , can't find some of them Or doesn't understand it. Thank you

    Our processor's had a difficult time working with the online system. Granted, it was our first experience with Freedom, so that may improve over time.
