OK, so your turn times are painfully slow but I love that your team rallies once the loan is underwritten to get us to the closing table on time.
Writing submitting and uploading and underwriting are great. Closing is a nightmare. I didn't get approved closing docs until after 5: pm day of closing after numerous emails and phone calls and had to cancel closing and move to another day....
