Brett Kaiser was very thorough and upfront and communicated very well. The turn around time for the loan was very good also.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my refinance and all of the questions I had. My refinance went very smoothly and quickly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

There were a lot of hiccups though it was not really about Lamar so much as people dropping the ball and things being dragged out. The thing that would have been the most useful would have been to receive the notification about the New Home...
