Matt and his team were all VERY quick to respond to any questions I had. They also kept me updated on progress of my loan app without me having to ask for updates! Kind, knowledgeable and incredibly personable!
The experience overall was great. I would preferred that the quoted interest rate would have been locked in sooner. Due to the delay we ended up with a slightly higher rate but the rate we received is still a great one.
