The people. Getting a loan involves many steps and as soon as you think you have done everything, there is more to do. Kim and her associates were professional, very helpful, and helped us get across the finish line with everything in place

The communication was great and the transaction was on time relative to closing date. As an agent I really appreciate that and I know my client did as well.
Since I haven’t moved in so long, it was almost overwhelming and cumbersome at times, but Kim and her staff were excellent and courteous at all times.
