The entire process was good and the assistance with gathering all the documentation was very helpful. We needed to close in a short period of time and it was never a problem.
FBC was very thorough in getting all the paperwork necessary and explaining to us why they needed so much paperwork so many times. The only negative is that the builder took so long to get the home completed that our rate went up a whole point...
