All paperwork to be done prior to getting into a contract to avoid anxiety that one will loose.
Jeff was very helpful throughout the process and always reached out to me with whatever questions I had. He made the home process very easy for me and explained everything in detail for me as this was my first time buying a home.
This was my first experience purchasing a home, and I had a lot of questions. Soni and Mitan were available to answer all my questions at all times.
