The assistant could have kept things in order a little more instead of asking us to resend the same documents repeatedly.

Renee was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process. She did an excellent job explaining the process and communicating with us. I was always able to reach Renee via phone or email when needed. I would highly recommend her.
Grant great to work with.
The experience was overall great. I will say that there were some frustrations with the amount of time everything took but I can’t say that it was on First Tribal or not. Nate was great to work with.
Angela Little was a great loan officer and helped out with anything needed.
