Knowledgeable and easy to work with, made the loan process easy for us both times and for family that have also been helped by Nathan.
I was giving up on purchasing the home I wanted until Nate got ahold of me and helped me through the entire process. He communicated very well and was supportive the entire time.

The process needs to be more streamlined. It needs to be clear what is expected so that the applicant is able to get everything completed and there isn’t as long of a wait.
It was just an overall great experience. Everything was easy to navigate and grant was great about answering any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone.
