He explained the program well, was always available if we had questions, if he was not available he always gave us other contacts that were available for our questions. We are very thankful for the program.
Everything was really fast. Erik and the team were really great at responding.
Grant has been helpful throughout the whole home loan process by explaining the terminology and really helping us reach our goal of owning a home in a quick and convenient manner. If we had questions he was just a phone call or email away.
