The process was easy. Although I was skeptical about processing everything on line. It was easier to do then spending a whole day or couple days traveling back and forth to an office to complete the paper work.
Absolutely great experience!!! We had to wait a year to close and she kept checking in on us. She quickly responds and answers any question with in depth response.

Dava and Kristin were great. The back and forth with the underwriters and HUD were the issues.
I believe the communication could of been better with JM staff. I was sometimes wondering without certainty where I was at. However, there were variables that were out his reach. e.g (Olympia appraiser).
