I said Ok because online experience,Ray Santo was very helpful and guided me through the online process, but I prefer to have all the documents ready and do the process in person.

The loan experience was drawn out and had to be revised many times due to the seller's actions. Ray and his team did a fantastic job of mitigating that given the circumstances and working with me!
