Ray answered all my questions regardless of how many times I asked the same question. He is knowledgeable and patient and I will definitely recommend him to others who are purchasing a home!
Ray Ward was able and willing to get me approved for a home loan when other mortgage companies couldn't.
I was having a hard time downloading things from my phone and my laptop. Mr. Ward did not hesitate in offering I come to his office and download and/or print the things that were needed.
