Mr. Ward was very pleasant to work with. In addition he was great in explaining the process as well as helpful in obtaining documentation needed.
The communication was excellent. This process is a big one and he kept the lines of communication open and I could call or text at anytime.
This was my first time purchasing a home and Ray walked me through the process slowly, with compassion, and answered all questions.
