But it should also come as no surprise that his background as a leader and a mathematician make him extraordinarily adept at exploring and evaluating financial options for clients of all backgrounds and aspirations. Ray has been a mortgage consultant in the residential mortgage industry since 2003. Besides his undergraduate degree from Annapolis, Ray also holds a master’s degree from the Catholic University of America. He is an active member of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and The Fleet Reserve.
