This was our first refinance and Ray explained everything clearly and walked us through the process so that we felt confident.
It was easy to do online. Mr. Hicks was professional and knowledgeable. I like that Churchhill has a relationship with Dave Ramsey and that Mr. Hicks took time to explain that to me.
Communication
Dealing with Ray Hicks from the beginning was great. He was helpful and we hit it off from the beginning as professional and I say as friends. But I was not happy with the underwriters and the screwups they caused.
Prompt and professional service from beginning to end. Ray made this feel like the easiest process with constant communication. The churchill app also made this a wonderful experience.
Personalized customer service.
Ray Hicks was very personable. He listened to what are wants and needs were he then explained options. There was no pressure at anytime and the closing was right in our home so we did not have to get sitters for our kids.
