Raquel is amazing!
Raquel was the best part of this process. Once it was passed on to the underwriters, I felt that the communication was lacking and it was a lot of last minute stuff.
Outstanding as usual
Most of all, Raquel was very pleasant to work with. She was always quick to respond to our questions and was obviously very knowledgeable about the loan process. We were very fortunate to have her as our loan officer.
