Suggest clear communication earlier in the process if possible.
In fairness I don't think the staff had a full 1 month to prepare and were pressed for time and data.

Some misunderstandings about closing costs very near the closing date were frustrating for us. The issue was resolved, which is good, but it added more tension to an already stressful time.
