Ramsey was so helpful, guided me through the whole process. He answered all my questions and always responded immediately. He's so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs a mortgage.
Ramsey is very knowledgeable but can come across as passive aggressive. I would still recommend Embrace Home Loans to anybody looking for a local lender.
Talking to Ramsey felt more of a business transaction rather than building a relationship with Embrace.
