The communication was excellent, I always had a every document I needed on time. Also, Rachel’s team was very helpful with helping my wife & I getting set up with everything we would need for us to get settled in our first home. Thank you.

Things were very scattered. There wasn't much organization between the multitude of people involved. The service was fine when things progressed.
All information was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The team worked hard and came up with solutions to every problem that arised.
