We were very satisfied with the entire process. Quinn and his team did an excellent job keeping us informed and they exceeded our expectations. We have refinanced with Resident Mortgage a few times because of Quinn and we would do it again!
Both Quinn and Jessica were terrific. The underwriting was not.
The only thing I thought was weird was having a digital signature on certain documents while others had to be printed out wet signed and then it ok to make them digital again by scanning them...I could not comprehend this. But if that's how...
