The regular updates and ability to reach pinky and her team within a reasonable time when needed. The portal was very easy to use as well.
It was great to get the follow ups every week. Any questions that I had were answered very quickly. I was kept up to date thru out the process.
The process was efficient, the team was diligent with keeping with the timeline and setting expectations right from the start.
The Fairway Portal is not always intuitive. Could be improved.
