    I had really no desire to go through a lengthy refi, but Phillips said it would be quick, easy and it was delivered exactly as promised.

    Working with Phillips was great! He was always quick to follow up and answer questions - things definitely slowed down when our file was passed onto the Loan Processor though. Other then that, it was a smooth process.
