    It was a great experience re-fi-ing my home loan. At some point though, communication between GoodLeap’s loan officer and I dissipated and I had to contact a supervisor to get information on the delay.

    Phillips was great at answering questions when i got a hold of him. Tiara was a pleasure to talk with. We talked on a almost daily basis. She was a wealth of knowledge.
