I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Philip always replied swiftly an answer. I never felt worried or concerned. The process was a very smooth and pleasant.
Better communication, more frequent communication did great helping us get the loan and getting us extra grants. But being a first time home buyer the lack of communication was a killer.
Philip was excellent as always! He made the process easy & took great care of us along the way.
