I got 2-3 emails from you. That’s it. Most of the local lenders pick up the phone to say,”the appraisal has been ordered and has a due date of #” We need that information to keep the seller informed.
Mr. Price was very quick to answer any questions we had, he was quick to sending out paperwork that needed to be signed. He helped us open and navigate the online signing documents. He did not at any time pressure us.
Philip was super helpful and made the process as painless as possible lol
