Working with Philip was a great experience. He made sure to help us out with all questions that we had and always responded quickly.
Philip did try to accommodate all the questions being asked, he was ever present when required and wasn't once unpleasant despite the short deadlines to meet.
Great communication
Philip made it easy and was very helpful. His communication was great. He went the extra mile whenever we discussed anything of concern.
Philip helped get the loan done where other people in your company dragged their feet. He always responded in a quick fashion where others would take days to respond.
