Very streamlined process. No back and forth. Philip asked for all the necessary information one time, I uploaded to the portal and then we were finished!

I was mostly confused when I was qouted a verbal rate, and then right at the end, it ended up being higher?
Never had that happen like that before. In general, the process was smooth, but, that particular switch did not please me.
