Very easy to work with. Straightforward requests.
More returned phone calls. Fewer duplicate and triplicate requests for documents we had already submitted. An on time closing.
The issue that I have was the Weichert umbrella has a communication gap. I communicated with five people who never spoke to one another. The loan processor continuously ask to resubmit information because it was “in a pile”.
