The process felt very one sided and added a fair amount of stress during the process.
Philip was always quick to respond when needed.
Lost rate lock last minute forcing higher rate.
I did not have a direct line to him, I always had to email him to call me or leave a voicemail. When we did talk he was great, gave some helpful insights. Every time I received a disclosure the expected monthly cost would go up another 500$...

Extremely helpful and responsive with questions.
Everything went well. Only complaint is that the Weichert people never answer their phone. They reply promptly by email but sometimes I just wanted to speak to someone on the phone.
