Everything was done well until the end. We closed remotely and had to pay $300 and it didn't make any difference in actually funding and recording. You forgot a page that my wife had to sign and we had to come to town anyway to sign it.
Very kind and communicative. Promptly replied to any questions, helped us get things done in a very crunched timeline!
