This was my first home purchase and it was hands down the best experience EVER. the communication was great, Phil and Natalie helped answer all of my questions and provided clear on concise instructions.
As a first time home buyer the whole process can be very confusing Phil when above and beyond to make sure we undersood everything that was going on so we understood what we could afford to do.
Phil was so wonderful to work with. He was always quick to respond and was very willing to answer any and all of my questions. He talked us through all of the steps of buying our first home and made the process go as smoothly as possible.
