I loved getting a weekly or bi-weekly call from Phil with updates on the loan process, and how things were going, issues that needed to be resolved, or things that he needed from me. Super easy and transparent to work with them!

Phil was great at working with us through the process and kept us up to date on where things were at. We had to do a few extensions to get other issues resolved (not loan related), but then we got it done and closed! Easy!
