waited till the last minute to request addl financial info ....then slow to look at it... resulting in addl questions.... then took a week to look at it.... finally closed on the 4th scheduled close date.
Peyton was wonderful. It was the home office that made the experience horrible. Our close date was moved 7 times over a 3 wks. Peyton would work with us diligently & helpfully gathering what the underwriter requested. Then we would hear nothing...
